Legal and regulatory services
We are not a law firm, a regulatory consultant or a licensed financial institution. Where a project involves company formation, licensing or compliance, we coordinate technology work with appropriate professional partners chosen by the client.
Regulatory and legal processes are subject to the applicable jurisdiction and relevant professional advisers and authorities.
