Brokerage Solutions

Broker Licensing, Coordinated With Your Launch.

We help forex and CFD brokers obtain the right entity and licence in Saint Lucia, Mauritius or the UAE, and we sequence the technology build around it.

Three jurisdictions, three different propositions.

The right choice depends on your target clients, your banking and payment needs, your budget and how quickly you need to be live.

Saint Lucia

The fast, low-cost starting point for a new brokerage.

  • International Business Company incorporation
  • Registered agent and registered office
  • Corporate documents for banks, payment providers and platform vendors
  • A short timeline, typically measured in weeks
  • Often used first, with a regulated licence added as the business grows

Mauritius

A recognised regulated licence at a moderate cost.

  • Financial Services Commission (FSC) Investment Dealer licence
  • Global Business Company structure
  • Local directors, office and compliance officer arranged
  • Business plan, policies and the full application file
  • Stronger standing with banks, payment providers and liquidity providers

UAE: CMA (formerly SCA)

An onshore Gulf licence for brokers building a regional presence.

  • Capital Market Authority licensing, the federal regulator formerly known as the SCA
  • Categories from introducing and promotion through to dealing
  • Mainland company formation, office and local staffing
  • Capital, fit-and-proper and governance requirements prepared for
  • The strongest regional credibility of the three, with the longest timeline

What we handle.

  • Jurisdiction selection

A plain comparison of cost, timeline, capital and what each option lets you do.

  • Company formation

Entity, shareholders, directors and registered office in the chosen jurisdiction.

Business plan, financial projections, AML and compliance manuals and the regulator's forms.

  • Local substance

Directors, compliance officer, MLRO and office arrangements where the regulator requires them.

  • Regulator liaison

Submission, follow-up questions and tracking through licensed local partners.

  • Banking and payments

Introductions to banks and payment providers that accept the structure.

From first call to licensed and live.

Licensing and technology run in parallel. The platform, CRM, KYC and payment flows are built while the application is in progress, so you are ready to onboard clients when approval arrives.

Regulatory coordination and technology implementation with appropriate professional partners. We do not provide legal advice and cannot guarantee any licence or regulatory approval. Regulatory and legal processes are subject to the applicable jurisdiction and the relevant professional advisers and authorities.

Licensing questions.

Can you guarantee that a licence will be granted?

No, and nobody honestly can. The decision belongs to the regulator. What we control is the quality and completeness of the application, which is the main reason applications are delayed or refused.

How long does it take?

A Saint Lucia company is typically ready in weeks. A Mauritius licence usually takes several months. A UAE licence takes longer and depends on the category. We give a realistic range for your case after the assessment, not a headline number.

Which jurisdiction is right for us?

It depends on where your clients are, which banks and payment providers you need, your capital and your timeline. Many brokers begin with Saint Lucia and add Mauritius or the UAE later. We set out the trade-offs before you commit.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. Legal opinions and regulated corporate services are delivered by licensed law firms and management companies in each jurisdiction. We coordinate them with your launch plan and your technology.

Can you also deliver the technology?

Yes. Trading platform, CRM, KYC, payments and liquidity connectivity can run alongside the licence application under one plan.

Licensing support is delivered together with licensed law firms, management companies and corporate service providers in each jurisdiction. We do not provide legal advice and we cannot guarantee any licence or regulatory approval: decisions rest solely with the relevant authority. Requirements, fees and timelines change, and are confirmed for your case before engagement. A licence in one jurisdiction does not authorise soliciting clients in another.
